For owners who wish to rent out their condominiums, we are equipped to manage the rental and upkeep of their properties. We can attend to items such as cleaning services, routine repairs, banking of rental income and other related activities. Because no two condominiums are alike, we recognize each will require individual attention and, we can adapt to the particular requirements of each.

Our identification, screening and selection service includes marketing and advertising,  credit bureau approval, employment and banking verification and previous occupancy reports.

We structure the lease document between the condominium owner and the tenant and administer all aspects of the terms including obligations to the Condominium Corporation and guideline rent increases.
